US Soldier Throws Puppy Off Cliff

A video has appeared on YouTube reporting to show a US Marine throwing a puppy off of a cliff.  The marine is identified in the video as a Lance Corporal stationed at a Marine Corps Base in Hawaii at Kaneohe.

CNN has picked up on the story and is reporting the outrage caused by the video.
