The Great Parachute Escape
Filmed at 4:20pm on 4/20/2007 from a window at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. 25 students erect one of those team-building parachutes in the middle of the campus quad and begin smoking marijuana under it.
A campus policeman approaches the tent with confusion, and eventually decides to check under it. Much to the chagrin of the inebriated student filming, as soon as he lifts up an edge of the parachute, all 25 students make a mad dash in opposite directions.
The campus policeman manages to catch a whopping ZERO of the alleged assailants.
