And I bet she won't refuse to sign her next ticket, although that is pretty rough punishment. If all officers always followed protocol, I would say that she should have expected it. Tasers are only to be used when there are needed to avoid using deadly force. Cops all over the country are getting trigger happy with the tasers. I do think they have a place but not in a situation like this. That cop needs his nuts taserd over and over again |
