01/29/2009 @ 08:27:32 PM: I was a house keeper for the best western for a week, it totally grossed me out how they cleaned, there was no way I was going to clean a room like that, they don't change the comforters, if it has a stain they spray carpet cleaner on them, and they don't have proper cleaning supplies I was in training for that week and the girl told me to wash the tub out with the left over shampoo,I won't stay in hotels, I also know of this one girl who will use 1 rag for 16 rooms to wash everything and I mean everything, she was complained about but they kept her on. |

Of course this is gross and the hotel policy should be changed. Is it the fault of the underpaid cleaners who are doing what their boss tells them to? would a white maid do it differently then? you are a bigot if you blame their race, and blind if you blame the workers and not the management. |
