I'll never go to a hotel again without taking my own glasses with me. That's disgusting and outrageous!!!! No telling what a person could catch!!!

We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Santa Monica where the housekeeper cleaned the toilet and the sinks and then used the same rag to clean the glasses and the coffee pot. Since then: paper cups and we bring a small amount of liquid detergent.

whats really sad is.... would something like this have ever even come to knowledge if some upset manager who was fired didnt speak out? you know he wasnt doing it in the best interest of the consumers.... he probably just let it keep happening when he actually managed there.
