12/30/2007 @ 01:45:03 PM: Carnival Cruises Make People Sick I was on a cruise and after shaving I got a tiny blood spot on the towel, then I used the towel to dry off after showering and then threw it on the bathroom floor so the room stewart knows to give you a fresh one. The next day after showering I took a fresh towel off the wall rack and it had the tiny blood spot on it, all the room steward did is refold the towel that was sitting by the toilet on the floor and hung it back up, I wonder why I got the Norwalk viru |

12/29/2007 @ 05:55:35 PM: after my husband and I got married we went to north myrtle beach SC and stayed in a really nice resort. Three days after we got back home my husband had to go into the hospital for two weeks because of bacterial pneumonia, staph infection and strep bacteria in his blood. he had to have major surgery and was out of work for a month. The dr. seem to think that it was from the hotel we stayed at. We used the dishes in the room and boy was that a big mistake. my husband is a 27 year old healthy |

12/28/2007 @ 09:50:59 AM: I have worked in several different hotel/motels over the years and everyone of them use this way to clean drinking glasses!! Altho some have switched to the prewrapped plastic disposable kind...WHEW!!! |

12/27/2007 @ 12:50:50 AM: This is exactly why my husband and I bought our own camper and vacation in that instead of in disgusting and expensive hotels. You have your own bedding, towels, and dishes. There is peace in knowing how clean everything really is. |
