01/18/2008 @ 05:03:55 PM: I worked at the Ritz in California and at the Ritz in Orlando as a supervisor I bring this issue up to my managers asking them to do it the righ way, washing the glasses in the kitchen at the righ temperature, I get fired few monthes later. also I know that in the Orlando downtown Sherathon, they either clean the glasses, Houskepeers done it in the bathroom sink. |

01/11/2008 @ 02:11:45 AM: I know in restauraunts when I get glasses that look like they're coating with some kinda filmy skum, I know it means they were only rinsed out and not cleaned in the dishwasher. This is disgusting. Makes me wonder about restaurants too. |
