Joan,
01/08/2008 @ 11:41:36 AM: I am a housekeeper in a hotel. all bottles are marked DO NOT DRINK. however one bottle is labled what it is. a disinfectant. this is whats used to clean the glasses and a clean handtowel to dry them. my bare hands DO NOT touch the glass once it has been disinfected! I would not want a glass from the dishwasher as it's been handled too many times with bare hands before it makes it to a room. |

01/04/2008 @ 10:20:35 PM: I took our girl's softball team on a tournament a few yrs ago and when we arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to our room, I found a shock. I threw back the covers to lay down and in the sheets were blood, dirt and other misc. stains. Needless to say, I watched housekeeping change the sheets & covers and inspected them before getting in. I got my room for free! disgusting |
