12/14/2007 @ 09:03:00 PM: I was initially perturbed when Holiday Inn put plastic glasses in their rooms ( always prefer glass), but now I know why. The housekeeping staff is either not trained properly, or if they are, are not checked out by their supervisor, and left to do as they please. Anyone working in the service industry requires proper training and if they don't follow the required procedures, must be fired. |

12/13/2007 @ 01:47:57 AM: This video on the Hotel Drinking Glasses is just plain nasty. Really makes you not ever want to go on trips at all. It is hard telling what they are doing in hotels, restaurants ect. YUK!!!!!! |
